ASSISTANT DIGITAL MANAGER - 1 YEAR INTERNSHIP

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Ensures effective corporate and product communication in digital channels and enhances the quality of customer service through social media and digital tools / platforms in line with the company's communication plans and strategic priorities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans, creates and publishes graphical, textual and video materials for use in social media publications;
• Supports and manages daily communication through social media with potential and current clients, maintaining close relationships with client programs
• Coordinates the presence of the company on social networks, including with the help of a communications agency in line with the company's strategic goals.
• Coordinates with the communications agency the implementation of digital communication campaigns.
• Analyzes basic social networking metrics and reports results to the Company's Management
• Coordinates the operational implementation of tasks related to the implementation of digital projects.
• Coordinates the creation of automated email projects for the purpose of automated email campaigns under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager
• Supports the Digital Marketing Manager in meeting the strategic and annual goals of the digital presence of the company
• Coordinates timely posting of articles on the corporate site and editing pages for better site optimization
• Works on improving brand positioning in digital space by implementing Inchcape and TME standards for SEO by using the provided software solutions and other tools.
• Supports the Digital Marketing Manager for the timely creation and maintenance of up-to-date information on the websites of the company toyota.ro and lexus.ro
• Performs tasks set by the Company's Management in line with the company's objectives
• By his actions will contribute to creating and preserving the company's reputation;
• Additional responsibilities assigned by his/ her supervisor or by the management

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate form Marketing and / or Advertising, Journalism, Communications
• Previous working experience in a similar job - minimum one year;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of social networks and digital media channels.
• Basic Skills and understanding of SEO, Google Ads and Google Analytics, Social Networks, Content Marketing, Landing Page, Consumer Journey
• Knowledge of at least one CMS ( Tridion, Prestashop, Magento, etc)
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Creative
• Accountable for his/her own performance and for fulfilling the assigned tasks;
• Ability to work in a team
• Project management and time management skills;
• Self motivated , uses initiative
• Interested in social networks and digital technologies

This is a one year internship program, based on a working contract through a Personnel Leasing Company. After the first year, the internship may become an internal job in the Marketing department of Toyota Romania.
