- Good communication skills
- Working with deadlines
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- Very Good English command
- French or German is a plus

- Handling daily secretary activities
- Answering and redirecting phone calls/mails/fax
- Taking care of the office correspondence
- Receiving guests and redirecting guests to the right departments in the company
- Taking care of the protocol activities
- Elaborating and editing documents and other situations that are demanded by the management
