    Join our team! We're hiring in Bucharest!

    We've had a presence in Bucharest since 2014, starting with an acquisition of a small team of developers. By late 2016 we had expanded to 20 people and by the end of 2017 we had 40. We continue to invest in and develop our Romania presence aiming to double in size once again some time in 2019. 
    Additionally, where we previously concentrated on engineering capacity, we have built a broader and deeper team extending to architecture, product design, and product management so we can have completely self-sufficient and co-located product teams.  

    Requirements

    The Recruitment Assistant will have the opportunity to help in many important areas related to the growth and evolution of the Intralinks Bucharest Office:

    Provide support to our Talent Acquisition team with important tasks in the Recruiting Process such as Interview Scheduling, CV Screening,etc.
    Assist in organizing Brand Awareness events (Conferences, Recruiting Events, University Partnership Events, etc.)
    Assist in organizing Internal Company events (Team Buildings, Training Sessions, Team Social Events, etc.)
    Improve and maintain good communication between Engineering and Talent Acquisition Departments

    Qualifications

    Close to 1 year of experience in a recruitment coordinator role
    Good verbal and written communications skills
    Ability to develop relationships with partners and management across multiple locations
    Integrity and ability to handle confidential information
    Flexibility and adaptability
    Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
    The ability to be proactive
    Tact and diplomacy
    Experience with Microsoft Office tools
    Ability to differentiate talent based on technical information provided in CVs

    Responsibilities

    Ensure hiring SLAs are met for R&D roles
    Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Department and the Bucharest Site Leader to improve hiring quality and speed
    Close the loop with all parties as meetings are scheduled; confirm meetings with Outlook invites as appropriate; place meetings on recruiter’s calendars; update all parties on scheduling status as needed
    Provide hiring managers and recruiters with candidate resumes, phone numbers and all needed details
    Provide candidates with all necessary meeting details including names/titles/bios of those with whom they are meeting; phone numbers, address, and instructions for arrival
    Support the Recruiter in candidate research;
    Manage the response to candidates on designated vacancies;
    Take ownership of the candidate research cycle and subsequent delivery of high calibre individuals to the lead recruiter;
    Assist the Recruiter with CV screening and interviewing;
    Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate data on recruitment database;
    Organizing events and conferences
    Keeping and organizing meeting agendas
    Typing, compiling and preparing Talent Acquisition reports, metrics and correspondance
