Assistant Analyst with French A2

For our client, a well-known leader in retail banking we are looking for a Assistant Analyst Know Your Customer with French.

Experience:
• Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in banking (knowledge of banking products, client types and customer management applications such as CRM and ECM tools);
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Knowledge of French A2;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Very good written communication.

​Main responsibilities:

• Examining customer files in order to identify missing or incomplete documents;
• Requesting missing documents according to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures;
• Taking documents and completing the client file;
• Reporting compliance risks identified under the legal framework;
